As a Yard Operative, you will:
- Yard Duties: Assist with general yard duties, including stock control and maintaining clean and organised storage areas.
- Loading and Unloading: Load and unload vehicles with products for delivery and incoming supplier materials.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of stock locations and record keeping, while reporting any discrepancies or issues.
- Organisation: Accurately and timely complete all required documentation to enable clear traceability.
- Waste Management: recyclable and general waste control, to maintain efficient work environment and cleanliness.
- Safety First: Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site and off-site.
- Utilise Equipment: Utilise warehouse equipment such as forklifts (training provided if required).
What We're Looking For:

As a Goods In and Store Coordinator, you will:

Goods Receiving & Verification: Receive and book in goods using inventory management software, check deliveries against paperwork for accuracy, and immediately report any discrepancies or issues to the Purchasing team.
- Inter-Site Stock Movements: Process and transact the movement of stock between all sites, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in the system at every step.
- Stores Organisation & Housekeeping: Keep track of stock locations and record keeping, while reporting any discrepancies or issues.
- Stock Replenishment & Level Monitoring: Proactively monitor and replenish bin stock levels, highlight items requiring reorder, and collaborate with Purchasing to maintain effective min/max stock thresholds.
- Stock Discrepancy Investigation: Carry out regular investigations to identify and resolve stock discrepancies (e.g. related to movements, BOMs, or other issues).
- Packing, Dispatch & Counter Support: Provide support with packing and dispatch activities when required.
- Safety First: Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site and off-site.

Assembly Operative

As an Assembly Operative, you will:
- Assemble Machines: The core job of an Assembly Technician is to assemble Maxflow machines from frame to finished product. This requires extensive use of hand and power tools & mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Take Ownership: You won’t be a number on an assembly line! Unlike other manufacturers, each assembled machine is under your ownership and needs testing before they are sent to dispatch. You build it, and you test it. Giving you the satisfaction of knowing you built a machine that is working flawlessly before arriving with the customer.
- Variation: With over 150 different Maxflow machines manufactured here across our electric powered and engine powered lines, you won’t get bored doing the same thing repeatedly every day.
- Safety First: Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site.
- Utilise Tools: Utilise hand tools & power tools with precision daily.
What We're Looking For:
- Team Player: A self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
- Assembly Experience: Experience in assembly is essential, with training provided.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Experience or interest in small engine machinery or engineering is essential.
- Electrical Aptitude: Experience or interest in electrical machinery or engineering is essential.
- Mechanical Inclination: Mechanically inclined individuals with prior experience, or experience in small electrical and engine-driven machines would be advantageous.
- Fabrication Skills: Fabrication skills would also be desirable but not essential.
