Yard Operative

Maxflow Power Products, the UK and Ireland's largest engine-driven pressure washer and power product manufacturer! 
We are consistently expanding and are seeking a talented Yard Operative to join our dynamic team in Cookstown.

As a Yard Operative, you will:
  • Yard Duties: Assist with general yard duties, including stock control and maintaining clean and organised storage areas.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload vehicles with products for delivery and incoming supplier materials.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of stock locations and record keeping, while reporting any discrepancies or issues.
  • Organisation: Accurately and timely complete all required documentation to enable clear traceability.
  • Waste Management: recyclable and general waste control, to maintain efficient work environment and cleanliness.
  • Safety First: Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site and off-site.
  • Utilise Equipment: Utilise warehouse equipment such as forklifts (training provided if required).

What We're Looking For:
  • Team Player: A self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Physical Fitness: The role requires physical stamina for lifting and moving heavy items.
  • Attention to Detail: Accurate and meticulous in paperwork and general vehicle and yard upkeep.
Desirable:
  • Previous Yards Experience: Prior experience in a similar role.
  • Previous Driving Experience: Comfortable in driving different vehicles from LWB vans to 12T Rigid HGV’s.

Sales & Product Support Administrator

Maxflow Power Products, the UK and Ireland's largest engine driven pressure washer and power product manufacturer! We are consistently expanding and are seeking a talented Product Support & Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team in Cookstown.

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Hours: 7:15am – 4:30pm Monday to Thursday | 7:15am – 3:15pm Friday

As a Product Support & Sales Administrator, you'll:

  • Be the Expert: Provide top-notch technical support for our pressure washers, water pumps, and generators, including parts and accessories.
  • Connect with Customers: Interact with customers across the UK and Ireland via phone and email.
  • Administration Skills: Processing sales via our CRM software and helping customers out at our sales counter.
  • Solve Problems: Troubleshoot technical issues and offer expert advice.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work seamlessly with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends.

What We're Looking For:

  • Power Product Know-How: Experience with power products, small engines, or electrical machinery is a must.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills are key.
  • Problem-Solver: A keen eye for detail and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
