Payment Options
We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards or Paypal as online payment methods. We take fraud very seriously too, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer.

To add your card details, just login to your account where you can add your payment details and save them to your account. When you come to pay for your order, you can select one of your saved payment methods to pay for your order. If you don’t want to save your payment details to your account, then you can also enter them when you get to checkout. If there is no payment details saved to your account, then you’ll be asked to enter them at Checkout. If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and we'll email to let you know your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorise the payment. Please remember that even if a payment isn't authorised, it may look like Maxflow has still taken the money as some card issuers may still reserve the money, for a short period of time.

You may also pay over the Phone by Credit or Debit card. Ensure you have your Product Codes and quanities required ready when you call and a customer service representative will be happy to process your order for you.

Contact Us to arrange a bank tranfer for your order. Goods are not despatched until payment has cleared.

Cash may be paid for 'Click and Collect' orders upon collection.

We do not accept cheque.

Promotional Codes
From time to time, we may give you Promo Codes that you can use to reduce the price of specified products. Each Promo Code has its own terms, which will be made clear at the time it’s issued to you (e.g. what products, single/multiple use, when it can be used etc). If you’re given a unique Promo Code that is meant just for you, please don’t let anyone else use it or abuse it. Doing so may result in your code being revoked and your account closed or suspended with immediate effect.
  • You must enter the code exactly as it was given to you, without any spaces. Type or copy and paste the code into the 'Promo' box. 
  • Once you've entered the code, click on 'Apply Code' and it will add the code to your order. 
  • When the code has been applied to your order, you'll see the promo value and the total of your order will change to reflect the code.You must enter the discount/promo code when you are checking out as it can't be applied later. 

If you find that your promo code isn’t working then please check the below:
  • You can only use one discount/promo code per order. This applies to our free delivery codes too.
  • Discount/promo codes cannot be used for gift vouchers, when paying for a Premier Delivery subscription or for any delivery charges.
  • As our discount/promo codes vary so do the terms and conditions of each, so make sure you check when you receive any codes. Codes may only be valid for certain items and the majority of codes will have an expiry date. You should be able to find the terms and conditions in the same place you found the code whether it be through an email or on our website.
  • Some codes will only work for specific people or for specific countries. The terms and conditions will state if the code can only be used in a certain country. If you’ve received the code in an email from Maxflow then the code may also be locked to that email address. Make sure you’re trying to use the code using your Maxflow account that has the same email address as we sent the code to.

Gift Cards
You can buy eGift Cards here. Alternatively, you can buy Gift Cards in store or over the phone. They are redeemable both in store and online.  

You must have a Maxflow account to redeem your Gift Card online. If you don't have a Maxflow account, you'll need to create one before you can place an order. Once your Gift Card has been added to your account, you'll see the amount ready to spend at the checkout. You'll just need to click 'Redeem voucher' when placing your order.

To get to the final billing page, you may need to enter your card details. There's no need to save them to your account and as long as the Gift Card covers the entire cost of the order, you won't need to use the card. Should you choose to save the details, you won't be prompted to enter them every time you place an order.

If you're spending more than the value of your Gift Card, you'll need to pay the extra using a credit or debit card in the usual way. If you're spending less than the value of your Gift Card, the remaining credit will stay on the card for you to spend later; you'll need to spend it before the expiry date of the gift voucher.
